A graduate of the University Of Kansas School Of Physical Therapy in 1982, Ed is considered one of the leading Physical Therapists in the Kansas City area. He specializes in the field of orthopedic rehabilitation utilizing education, individualized exercise, soft tissue, spinal and extremity manipulation. Ed utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment to achieve optimum results for each individual. Ed’s primary goal is to treat each patient as a whole to achieve long term success. This approach has allowed Ed to be successful with the treatment of patients who have not received benefit from other forms of therapy.
ALLYSA GANN, PT, DPT
As a 2023 graduate from Southwest Baptist University, Allysa demonstrates her skills in various areas of experience. Allysa’s goal is to improve the physical, social, and emotional health of her patients of all ages and all diagnoses. Her time and attention to the personalized treatment plans allows her patients to return to their ideal level of function. Allysa maximizes her work through manual therapy, physical exercise, and functional movements which allows her to progress patients until the best possible outcome is reached. As a Lee’s Summit native, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, taking her husky for walks, reading, and watching soccer!

Allison V Jones, PT, DPT - Allison graduated from Missouri State University in 2025. Her willingness to take time and listen to her patients allows her to establish a personalized treatment plan to best address the needs and goals of her patients. Allison loves getting to see the progress her patients make and helping them return to the things they love. Her use of manual therapy, patient education, physical exercise and functional mobility allow her to help her patients be successful. Allison is a native of Lee’s Summit and enjoys connecting with and helping the people in her community. In her down time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending or watching sporting events, baking, reading, going to concerts and exercising!
Joel De Jong, PT, DPT - As a graduate of Missouri State University in 2026, Joel is passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered care to help each individual reach their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Joel believes that patient-centered care and education are the backbone of quality healthcare. He takes the time to get to know each patient, understand their unique needs, and educate them throughout the rehabilitation process. Joel utilizes individualized treatment plans focusing on differential diagnosis, manual therapy, movement correction, and patient education to help his patients build confidence and achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Joel enjoys spending his downtime reading and learning to play guitar. As a Lee's Summit native, he enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.
